Associate Digital Marketing Manager Job Summary:

The Associate Digital Marketing Manager will develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies for both internal teams and client facing projects. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing programs and service operations to set and execute tactics that will meet campaign desired outcomes. You will be a critical member of our leadership team as we continue our organic growth. The Associate Digital Marketing Manager represents the company’s brand and drives strategies to increase product awareness by observing the market, competitors, and industry trends.

Associate Digital Marketing Manager Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop strategic digital marketing objectives to achieve operational targets.
  • Take creative projects from concept to completion
  • Collaborates with upstream company and business strategy process owners to develop downstream brand management processes for company-wide execution
  • Articulates brand messages, positions, value proposition and processes with credibility and confidence to employees worldwide
  • Lead digital inbound and outbound planning, implementation and measurement.
  • Execute digital campaign automation with email, website and CRM integrations.
  • Work on a variety of creative projects: brand identity, web design, digital marketing programs, social media campaigns, etc
  • A compelling online web design portfolio
  • Collaborate on the development and execution of the marketing strategy and further builds the company brand equity
  • Utilize attention to detail and conceptual thinking skills to produce inspired creative

Associate Digital Marketing Manager Education/Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of agency experience with strong web design skills
  • Experience in Medical Device or Healthcare industries preferred
  • The ideal background will come from a well-managed and successful company with proven leadership skills. Medical device industry experience preferred.
  • Has Adobe Creative Suite, especially PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, and XD
  • Has Experience with Hubspot, Marketo and other related automation platforms
  • Exceptional experience in Wordpress development
